• In order to secure your booking a deposit of 30% will be required at time of booking. The balance at the check-in time.
• The guest can cancel free of charge until 61 days before arrival
• The guest will be charged 100% of the total price if they cancel 60 days before arrival
• If the booking is completed less than 60 days from your arrival date then, you will be asked to pay the total amount of your reservation and is not refundable in case of cancellation at any time.
• If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price
