Villa Syriti is a spacious two-storey villa that can accommodate up to 6 guests and a baby in a baby cot.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, both en-suite offering stunning sea views from their balconies
On the ground floor there is a bright open living room with 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table and a beautiful fireplace, also leading to a terrace with great views. Next to it you will find the large dining area, a fully functional kitchen and a small WC. On the same floor there is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Villa Syriti also has its’ own private pool set in a terrace area with sun loungers and umbrellas and an outdoor dining area with a built in barbecue and wood fired oven – perfect for al fresco dining and days spent relaxing.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Rates include V.A.T. and local tax
Flexible Rate:

In order to secure your booking a deposit of 30% will be required at time of booking. The balance at the check-in time.
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 61 days before arrival
- The guest will be charged 100% of the total price if they cancel 60 days before arrival
- If the booking is completed less than 60 days from your arrival date then, you will be asked to pay the total amount of your reservation and is not refundable in case of cancellation at any time.
- If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price
Non-Refundable Rate:
Full prepayment is required for the entire stay at the time of booking. The amount is non refundable in case of cancellation or any modification.
